Joined Google+ but cannot leave Facebook and Twitter? Don’t want to post a message 3 times? This Chrome extension automatically forward your new posts in your stream on Google+ to Facebook and Twitter.

The official web site of this extension also claims to offer a pain-free transition from Facebook to Google+ by automatically transferring your data in the former to the latter. I haven’t try it (because I’ve completed the migration using another method). But you could certainly try this one, which looks like much simpler.
UPDATE: Now this extension also brings your Facebook and Twitter streams to the Google+, meaning that you no longer need to switch between these sites to check your friend’s updates.
Download the extension here.
